Responsibilities

• Enrollment Sales: manage the parent journey from inquiry to enrollment and make 25+ outbound calls per shift.
• Tech-Driven relationship management using CRM tools to keep families engaged.
• Community outreach: build relationships with local schools, PTA events, farmers markets.
• Team leadership: supervise part-time instructors during peak hours to ensure quality.
