Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is seeking a Center Director for our Great Futures Early Learning program in Whatcom County. You will lead a mission-driven team, ensuring safety and high-quality early education for youth and families in the community.

Ideal candidates bring an AA in ECE, 2+ years as an early learning teacher, and experience with Early Achievers and program planning. We value dedication, leadership, and a commitment to equity in our programs.

Qualifications

• Education: AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an early learning teacher
• Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Early Achievers and program planning
• Requirements: Must be at least 23 years of age

Your Impact as Center Director

As a leader within our organization, you will be the heartbeat of our early learning center. Your core responsibilities include:

What You Bring to the Table

You are the ideal candidate if you meet the following qualifications:

• Education: AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (DCYF-approved).


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an early learning teacher.


• Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Early Achievers and program planning.


• Requirements: Must be at least 23 years of age
