Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking an experienced Center Director BCBA to lead a new Doraville, GA center. You will build and manage a clinical team, oversee operations, and drive quality and growth in ABA services for children with autism.

The role includes supervising BCBAs and staff, ensuring compliance, and cultivating community partnerships with schools and clinicians. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Active Georgia LBA
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• 3+ years pediatric ABA experience
• 2+ years leadership/center management experience
• Experience running or helping operate an ABA clinic
• Knowledge of assessments, treatment planning, BIPs, supervision, and clinical documentation
• Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and people-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations including scheduling, staffing, utilization, productivity, and client census
• Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff delivering high-quality ABA services
• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring, and documentation for compliance
• Build relationships with schools, pediatricians, diagnostic providers, and community organizations
• Maintain strong communication with clients and families to ensure excellent service
• Carry an initial billable expectation of ~20 hours per week as center grows

Center Director BCBA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Director BCBA to lead our new center in Doraville, GA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, overseeing daily operations, and driving clinical quality and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the center, overseeing scheduling, staffing, utilization, productivity, and client census
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services
• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring, and documentation, ensuring compliance with BACB, Georgia licensing, payer, and company requirements
• Build relationships with schools, pediatricians, diagnostic providers, and community organizations to grow the center and expand services
• Maintain strong communication with clients and families, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Carry an initial billable expectation of approximately 20 hours per week, which will decrease as the center grows

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• At least three years of pediatric ABA experience
• At least two years of leadership or center-based management experience
• Previous experience running or helping operate an ABA clinic is strongly preferred

• Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and people-management skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• $110,000 to $125,000 base salary
