Code Ninjas is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, drive leads, tours, and new enrollments while ensuring a fun, safe learning environment for kids aged 7 and up.

You will partner with parents to tailor learning paths, supervise coaches, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced franchise setting in Utah. Strong leadership and sales capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with technology, Microsoft Office, social media, and office equipment.
• Flexible schedule is required.

• Deadline- and detail-oriented; able to track dates and manage customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the center.
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals.
• Work with parents to define children’s learning needs.
• Provide center tours while monitoring students in the center.
• Engage with children and families to support learning.
• Ensure parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
• Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to meet team needs.
• Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
• Report weekly to the executive team on progress.

• Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics
• Report weekly to the executive team on progress
