Child Development Schools is seeking a School Director to lead a center with a focus on safety, growth, and quality education for children from six weeks to twelve years old. You will drive enrollment, oversee staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a warm, inclusive school culture.

Your Role as School Director:

You're the heart and soul of your school. You'll lead by example, creating a warm, inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued and respected. Your top priority? Ensuring safety, health, and well-being through clear protocols and hands‑on leadership.

• Manage daily school operations, from staffing and budgeting to parent communications and record‑keeping

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education -- 3+ years preferred
• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills paired with a passion for children and families
