Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is seeking a Center Director to oversee daily center activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver comprehensive child‑development services to families across the program.
You will lead program operations and staff, coordinating services to promote high‑quality early learning in Newport, Arkansas. A strong background in Early Childhood Education and leadership is required for this role.
Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) provides transformational learning programs to vulnerable children ages birth‑to‑five and their families throughout Arkansas. AEL operates free infant, toddler, and pre‑K childcare programs in 11 counties and offers a range of child and family support services in a safe, caring environment.
The Center Director will provide oversight of all center activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, deliver comprehensive child‑development services, and support families with opportunities for growth and change.
Full‑time schedule with weekends off, 33 paid days off in the first year, competitive pay with paid training, and a benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, life insurance and more.
