Job summary

Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is seeking a Center Director to oversee all center activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support families with growth opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership to deliver high-quality child development services in a caring environment. Qualifications include advanced degrees in Early Childhood or related fields, plus substantial experience in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood or related field.
• 4 years experience in Early Childhood Education with a non-related Bachelor's degree or a CDA Birth to Pre-K.
• Associate's degree plus 6 years in Early Childhood Education.
• 8 years' experience with CDA Birth to Pre-K or Director's Credential/Technical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of all center activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Deliver comprehensive child development services and support family growth.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Lead center operations consistent with organizational mission.

Education

Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field

Bachelor's in a non-related field with 4 year experience in Early Childhood Education or a CDA Birth to Pre-K

Associate's in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field plus 6 years experience in Early Childhood Education

8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and either a CDA Birth to Pre-k, Director's Credential or Technical certificate in Early Childhood Education

At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare programs serving 16 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare! Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field
• Bachelor's in a non-related field with 4 year experience in Early Childhood Education or a CDA Birth to Pre-K
• Associate's in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field plus 6 years experience in Early Childhood Education
• 8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and either a CDA Birth to Pre-k, Director's Credential or Technical certificate in Early Childhood Education
