AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Center Director to lead the PACE Center and potential ACS extension in the Los Angeles area.

You will ensure day-to-day operations align with AltaMed PACE goals, maintain compliance with CMS and PACE guidelines, and guide budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in working with Senior Care Services and the elderly population.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, OT, PT, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology.
• Minimum of three years' experience as a supervisor or manager in healthcare or related field.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.

Job Overview

The Center Director ensures day-to-day operations that reflect the mission of AltaMed PACE Program. This position oversees the overall operational oversight of a combination of the PACE Center and potential ACS extension. Responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of all activities, ensuring compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), PACE guidelines, and/or other licensing and regulatory requirements. Responsible for budget and fiscal effectiveness of the PACE center and ACS, which includes responsibility for achieving and maintaining participant census, center staffing, and effective/efficient operations while supporting the strategic direction of AltaMed PACE program. The Center Director will ensure quality, safety, and satisfaction goals and ensure initiatives are met through collaboration and partnership with administrative and medical leaders, clinical/functional leaders, quality management, support services, and marketing teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in working with Senior Care Services and the elderly population.
• Experience working collaboratively with the following disciplines: nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology.
• Minimum of three years' experience as a supervisor or management position in healthcare or a related field.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.

Compensation

$127,229.44 - $159,036.80 annually

Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. AltaMed is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
