Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks a Center Director to lead daily operations and guide staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will promote growth, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

You will collaborate with families and staff to create a supportive, engaging center that fosters children's curiosity and learning, while maintaining a positive learning environment and strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader by planning staff schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans. Assists with curriculum implementation, coaching, and communicating standards with teachers.
• Be an expert by ensuring the school operates per licensing standards and builds partnerships with the community.
• Be an innovator by fostering imagination, self-esteem, and a safe, educational environment for children.
• Be a team player by recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff.

A as Director, you will:
