Role: Preschool Center Director

We are seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join us as a Preschool Center Director.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, fostering a positive, inclusive environment for children and staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
• Build and maintain a qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement
• Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to enhance learning
• Manage business operations including family retention, enrollment growth, accounts receivable/payable, P&L reports, and payroll

Qualifications:
