Required Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple situations effectively
• Budget and financial accountability experience preferred
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing standards preferred
• Ability to meet state-specific guidelines
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Physical ability to engage with children at their level, ensuring safety and active participation
• Proficiency in English for communication with children and parents
• Must be able to work on-site daily

Range of pay: $56,250.00 - $102,250.00 per year.

Note: In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is provided on classroom hours worked, funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
