Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks a Director to lead school operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and adherence to state licensing standards. This role collaborates with teachers to implement a development-focused curriculum and communicates progress to families.

The Director will recruit and manage staff, oversee schedules and performance, and uphold company values while supporting profitability in a busy educational setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state education requirements and any center/school requirements.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• 1–2 years supervisory/management experience with at least six non-exempt staff; experience in ECE preferred.

The Director promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care and works with the School’s staff to create an environment of learning while keeping parents informed of the progress of their child.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
