Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple situations effectively
  • Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred
  • NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred
  • Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to assume low postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, understanding, and speaking to communicate effectively with children and parents
  • This role requires on-site work at the center daily
