Applied ABC in American Fork, UT is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead our ABA Center as Center Director. You will combine clinical expertise with team leadership to drive program quality and center growth.

Lead a skilled team of BCBAs, RBTs, and therapists; design individualized treatment plans; ensure evidence-based practice and ethical care; report on outcomes and foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required) and in good standing with the BACB.
• ABA clinical experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or center-based environment.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, program design, and outcome evaluation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Mentoring others and advancing the field of ABA through quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for center quality and growth.

Team Development & Culture

Program Oversight

• Guide the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique goals.
