Job description

We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. This will be in a clinic setting, 35 hours a week. The ideal candidate must have experience working with children, specifically in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. The successful candidate will be patient, organized, and have excellent communication skills. An active RBT license is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement behavioral interventions in accordance with the Behavior Plan.
  2. Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children with behavioral issues.
  3. Monitor and document behavior changes.
  4. Collect data on behavior changes.
  5. Develop individualized behavior plans for children.
  6. Provide feedback to parents and other professionals on the progress of the child.
  7. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
