Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Baltimore, Maryland. You will provide direct client care using evidence-based ABA therapy methods to help children with autism improve their skills.

Applicants must have a current RBT certification, a high school diploma, and be able to perform physical tasks necessary for client interaction. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Willing to complete background check and obtain CPR/First Aid.
• Must lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks involved in care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow treatment plans and protocols from BCBA.
• Collect and summarize client behavioral data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
