Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified BCBA to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision for our therapy programs. This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising clinical staff, and contributing to client progress and team development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field
• BCBA certification

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (full-time, experience-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and ensure treatment integrity per BACB standards
• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, skill assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and mentor clinical staff, including RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educational staff
• Ensure documentation and compliance with BACB standards

• Strong ABA and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
