Centria Autism invites BCBA candidates to join a dedicated clinical team within a purpose-built in-center setting in Scottsdale. You will lead ABA therapy delivery, mentor Behavior Technicians, and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans aligned with ABA principles.

This Position Offers

• Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
• Signing bonus from $2,500
• Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!
