Centria Autism in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy in our center-based setting. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and implement assent-based, data-driven treatment plans to drive meaningful progress for children.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and creating data-driven treatment plans.
• Familiarity with assent-based care and ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.

Compensation & Incentives

Earn a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
