Job summary

Centria Autism in Salem, OR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-clinic ABA therapy, supported by a strong clinical team.

You will supervise Technicians, develop assent-based behavior plans, train families on-site, and benefit from predictable caseloads, CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation & Incentives

Earn a base salary of $85,000-90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA
