Centria in Nottingham, Maryland is hiring a Center-Based BCBA to lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center setting.

Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, typically averaging $1,000 per month, plus full benefits and strong clinical support.

You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based, data-driven treatment plans, engage families on-site, and grow your career with leadership and training opportunities.
