Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead in-center ABA therapy with strong clinical support and clear career growth.

You will manage daily supervision of Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based plans, and engage families during on-site trainings, while the operations team handles scheduling and logistics.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst with strong leadership experience.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians in an in-center ABA setting.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and progress monitoring.

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.

Compensation & Incentives

Earn a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
