Centria in Nottingham, Maryland, seeks a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy in our in-center program. You’ll work with a collaborative team, supervising Technicians and developing assent-based, individualized plans to drive meaningful child outcomes.

We offer a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, plus CEU support, a company car or mileage reimbursement, and full benefits, fostering real career growth.

Responsibilities
