Center Based Behavior Tech (BHT-ABA 1 & 2)
Early Childhood, 8 years old and under
for our IBHS-ABA Team at1630 Manheim Pike Suite 2 Lancaster, PA 17601


Immediately hiring for a full client load 7:45am to 3:45pm

Primary Responsibility:

• Provide Direct ABA Intervention to Clients 8yrs old & younger
  in our Lancaster Center, client homes, preschools, daycares, elementary schools and community under the on-going, weekly training, direction, and supervision of a Behavior Analyst (BA) or Behavior Consultant – ABA (BC-ABA).
• The BHT-ABA role directly supports the development of communication skills, verbal behaviors, and life skills according to the goals set up by caretakers and the interests & abilities of the client. You get to make direct change in the lives of kids and families in your community.
• We will provide all necessary training, and you will be paid for your training!

Details:

• 25 - 35 hours per week of billable time
• $18 - $20per hour BHT-ABA 1, entry level position, rate dependson experience & training
• $20-$22 per hour, BHT-ABA 2, experienced position,RBT required,rate dependson experience & training
• Monday - Friday
• Hours typically between 8:00am - 3:45pm
• More hours available to those that want it
• Simple IRA offered to all employees

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 Years Old
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• 1 Year Professional Experience with Children
• Clean & Clear Background Checks

• Current or former childcare workers including nannies, daycare professionals, pre-school teachers, kindergarten or early elementary teachers
• Anyone who has worked professionally as a children's activity facilitator, sports coach, or camp counselor for young children or been part of similar ongoing activities
• Anyone interested in education or who enjoys children
• Anyone who has worked with or directly as a BHT-ABA

Paid Travel Time and Mileage Reimbursement at the IRS rate for travel between clients.
Free ABA Fieldwork Supervisionprovided for those pursuing their BCBA and/or PA Behavior Specialist License
