Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA/LBA supervision. The role offers a part-time schedule, primarily Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, with opportunities for professional growth and RBT certification support.

Ideal for individuals new to the field or those seeking growth in ABA, this in-person position emphasizes data collection, skill development, and collaboration with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (assisted by Yellow Bus ABA).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback.
• Basic computer and data documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in-person.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies as designed by supervisor.
• Collect and document data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and play skills.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistency in care.
• Build rapport with clients and families while maintaining professionalism.
• Follow clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines.
• Attend trainings, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
