Job summary

One Step Forward is seeking passionate professionals to work one-on-one with children with autism at our Forked River center in New Jersey. You will run individualized ABA programs, build essential skills, and collect data under the supervision of a BCBA. Work schedule is built around you in a single location, with consistent hours.

Experience with children is welcome but not required; RBTs and paraprofessionals are encouraged to apply. Enjoy biweekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Job description

Pay: $22 to $32 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Daytime and after school hours. Full time, part time, or evening only. We build a schedule around you.

Setting: Our Forked River center. One location, no driving between clients.
