Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Wakefield, MA. This full-time position supports young children with ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 sessions and tracking progress data.

We provide paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and a clear path to advancement into Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles, with a stable center-based schedule and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and a High School diploma or GED are required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• No prior ABA experience is required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment.
