Proud Moments ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy in a center setting for children on the autism spectrum. You will work under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data in a dynamic, family-centered environment.

The role offers paid training, guaranteed hours part-time or full-time, and a supportive team culture. Full-time staff receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Competenze

• Currently certified as an RBT.
• Currently certified with Nevada ABA board or willing to obtain certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physically supporting children during sessions as needed.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
