Elevated Kids is a BCBA-owned company that specializes in a natural, play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This evidence-based approach to ABA is called Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) and is considered best practice for young children diagnosed with Autism, combining principles of ABA and developmental science to support a range of areas in child development, with the hallmark of the intervention focused on parent coaching. Job Description
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism and be ready to join our growing team in providing each child and family with the highest quality and most effective care available. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced and rapidly growing team utilizing best practice intervention in the world of early Autism treatment today!

General Responsibilities

  • The ABA-NDBI Therapist will be responsible for working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement developmental behavioral intervention utilizing ABA Therapy.
  • Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in child’s natural environment setting, home/preschool.
  • Implement treatment plans and goals as developed by BCBA.
  • Support and model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques to caregivers/teachers during child’s everyday routines.
  • Collect and organize appropriate data and make data-based decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
  • Master's Degree or currently pursuing Master’s Degree in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives.
  • Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays.
  • Experience working with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delay is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion to implement high quality, effective intervention with toddlers and preschool-age children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delay.
