Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lift and carry up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experience required – training provided

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
