Job summary

Kumon Math and Reading Center of Windsor is seeking a part-time Center Assistant to support the Center Instructor and Instructors with instructional and center management tasks. The role may require evenings and/or weekend shifts and involves direct interaction with students and families.

You will assist with Kumon Method-based instruction, grading, front-desk duties, enrollment processes, and general center operations to ensure a smooth, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficient math skills are a plus.
• Able to use basic computer applications.
• Customer service minded individual.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Instructor with Kumon Method-based instruction.
• Grade student work and ensure accuracy of corrections.
• Manage front desk tasks including calls and enrollment support.
• Prepare student files and track progress.
• Support marketing initiatives and student retention events.
