Job summary

KidStrong AGM is a center leadership role responsible for coaching excellence, staff development, and delivering the HQ-driven curriculum for ages 15 months to 11 years. You will train coaches, manage center operations, and drive family engagement to sustain a high-energy, value-driven environment.

You will lead scheduling, implement programming, and collaborate with Raleigh leadership and HQ teams to ensure a consistent, safe, and engaging experience for children and families.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Athletic or coaching background with experience with ages 15 months–11 years.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians about topics.
• Prior management experience preferred but not required.
• Practical experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching by delivering KidStrong HQ programs and ensuring class pace.
• Develop coaches through training, feedback, and certifications.
• Manage center operations, staffing, and center performance.
• Drive membership sales, enrollments, and community engagement.
• Partner with families to align with KidStrong values and center goals.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, and program rollout across centers.
