Job summary

Ridgedale Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Center Administrator to provide operational leadership and oversight of the facility. This Monday-Friday role ensures excellence in patient care, physician satisfaction, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team engagement.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing and patient care, credentialing and HR, QAPI leadership, vendor management, and policy development to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University.
• At least two (2) years of healthcare-management experience.
• One (1) year experience in an ASC or Outpatient Setting, preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
• Effective written and verbal communication; computer literacy

• Monitors daily operations for efficient management.
• Collaborates with Medical Directors, Board Members, and Directors.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversees credentialing and HR for medical staff.
• Leads QAPI activities.
• Manages contracted vendors.
• Develops and implements policies to meet regulatory standards.
• Analyzes monthly operating reports to control costs.

Position Summary

Ridgedale Surgery Center is seeking a dynamic, full-time Center Administrator to provide operational leadership and oversight of the facility. This Monday-Friday leadership role is responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, physician satisfaction, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with physicians and staff to drive operational efficiency, foster a positive culture, and support the center's continued growth and success.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitors operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations
• Works collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care
• Oversees medical staff/allied health credentialing and human resources
• Directs and participates in the centers Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI)
• Manages services provided by contracted vendors
• Develops, interprets, and implements policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations. Including but not limited to: infection control, environment of care, and emergency preparedness.
• Monitors and analyzes monthly operating report to promote cost containment and efficient use of Center’s resources
