Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in USMC operations and MAGTF employment concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in Marine Corps Force Generation and Prioritization Processes.
• Possession of Top Secret Clearance (SCI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to operational manpower methodologies.
• Maintain understanding of the operating environment within CENTCOM.
• Liaise with forward deployed commanders to synchronize personnel requirements.
