Coordinates staff, maintains records, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service to families.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate cemetery maintenance staffing schedules market-wide by leveraging resources and equipment Work closely with location management team to include, Interment scheduling, Overall maintenance, Location land care, Remediation and turf management optimization Manage cemetery equipment fixed asset repair and maintenance schedule and Special projects Work closely with Cemetery admin on month-end close processes Develop and manage the annual cemetery development budget Develop and manage annual cemetery construction budget Assist Houston MSC with on-site management of cemetery development projects Manage cemetery price books Assist in developing and monitoring action plans for underperforming cemeteries.
• Work on Special Projects such as remediation, cost of merchandise reduction, marker storage, etc.
• Conduct Interment Verification Training in accordance with Company Standards.
• Manage and train Vantage vault program.
• Assist in any cemetery-related pilot or company initiative.

MINIMUM Requirements

Education Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred Certification/License Experience Required (10) years Cemetery Management experience

Work CONDITIONS

• Work Environment Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions.
• Limited amount of local and/or multiple location traveling required.
• Comply with Field dress code policy.
• Work Postures Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day.
• Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently.
• Physical Demands Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage.
