Responsibilities

• Remove leaves, debris, and trash from plots, paths, and common areas.
• Maintain and monitor irrigation systems; report malfunctions.
• Assist with seasonal landscape tasks and site cleanups.
• Operate and/or maintain landscaping equipment; store safely.
