Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a dedicated Cemetery Groundskeeper in Daytona Beach, FL. You will care for the cemetery grounds, perform landscape maintenance, and support funeral services ensuring a safe, respectful environment for visitors and staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. A strong customer service orientation and reliability are essential for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance duties (weed-whacking, lawn mowing, etc.).
• Maintain equipment and machinery.
• Perform functions related to funeral services.
• Operate machinery safely and appropriately.
• Install cemetery vaults and headstones as needed.
• Handle day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Assist with snow removal when applicable.
