Everstory Partners is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the cemetery grounds and assist with funeral and memorial services. The role emphasizes detail, safety, and high-quality customer service for families and visitors.

Responsibilities include lawn care, equipment upkeep, and assisting with vault/headstone installations, with availability for some holidays and weekends. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor and/or management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance duties such as weed-whacking and lawn mowing.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Handle day-to-day general maintenance duties and safety.
• Support funeral services and cemetery operations as needed.
• Operate machinery safely and responsibly.
• Install cemetery vaults or headstones as required.
• Assist in snow removal where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Grounds Superintendent.
