Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hires operational staff in collaboration with PDC and HR.
• Establishes development plans for the assigned operational team and ensures they are followed.
• Performs performance and competency assessments, and disciplinary actions as necessary up to termination.
• Oversees cementing crew safety and equipment readiness at the site.
• Holds pre- and post-job safety meetings and reviews job performance to identify improvements.
• Maintains customer relationships and resolves disputes to approved levels.
