Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking an entry-level apprentice for cementing operations in the United States. The role includes a 90-day training program and field operations exposure with lodging and rotating schedules possible depending on location.

Responsibilities include learning basic safety, performing inspections, rigging operations, and maintenance, while meeting safety and paperwork requirements. CDL attainment, lifting capability, and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level position with a 90-day training period.
• Must obtain Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or Class B depending on product service line.
• Satisfactory driving record with no DWI/DUI in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to pass background, physical and drug screen.
• Able to understand and follow routine oral and written instructions.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Flexible schedule, long hours, on-call, and exposed to extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, learn basic safety, repair and operations procedures on equipment and tools.
• Learn and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in completing pre and post job equipment inspections and related reports.
• Assist in rigging-up and rigging-down of operation equipment.
• Assist in completing preventative maintenance procedures and maintaining support equipment.
• Assist in clean-up, repair, and preparation for a job.
• Practice safe driving while traveling to locations.
• Complete required training under the Company's learning development system.
