Job summary

Mountain Cement Company in LaSalle, CO is seeking a Terminal Operator to support the newest cement plant in the United States. You will handle daily shipping operations, operate Trackmobile, and ensure safety and efficiency at a state-of-the-art facility.

The role requires strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, and reliable attendance. Training will cover safe operation of mobile equipment, loadout processes, and compliance with mining regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety inspections of all working areas at least once per shift.
• Prepare railroad bulk cars for unloading; inspect interiors and report issues.
• Move rail cars and spot trucks to facilitate loading; operate Trackmobile.
• Operate cement extraction and conveying systems to provide loadout.
• Perform checks and lubrication on conveying equipment; report adverse conditions.
• Occasionally clean silo interiors.
• Repair pumps, screws, bucket elevators, and dust collectors.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure safety/compliance with regulations.
• Operate mobile equipment only after proper training per OSHA.
• Perform other duties as directed.
