Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead and operate the Vancouver cement terminal in a safe, efficient, and quality-driven manner, delivering on sales and distribution goals while guiding a team of terminal staff.

You will implement safety and environmental standards, optimize throughput, foster customer relationships, manage the budget, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Education: College Diploma/University Degree; exceptional and proven experience considered in place of formal education.
• Field of Study: Business, Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or similar role
• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Solid business and financial acumen
• Project experience
• Logistics background or experience in cement/concrete is an asset
• Experience in construction materials, rail, trucking, or distribution industry is an asset
