Responsibilities

1. Spread concrete to specified depth and workable consistency.
2. Prep work utilizing cementitious or finish product to ensure substrate is appropriate for product to set forms to specific standards, for example; chipping, bushing, and grinding.
3. Level, smooth, and shape surfaces of freshly poured concrete.
4. Finish concrete surfaces using power trowel, or wet and rub concrete with abrasive stone to create finish, place concrete to ensure proper elevation.
5. Remove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces using power grinder or chisel and hammer.
6. Patch holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound.
7. Mold expansion joints and edges.
8. Grind, chip, or blast to prep surface for materials, or as finish.
9. Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary.
10. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
11. All other duties as assigned.
