Ames Construction is seeking a Cement Finisher to join our team in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro area. Responsibilities include setting up and aligning concrete forms, mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete as per project blueprints. Candidates should have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and experience in concrete work.

Compensation ranges from $24 to $45 per hour based on experience and skills. The role involves outdoor work on active job sites and requires adherence to safety protocols.

• Knowledgeable in OSHA standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Proven experience as a Cement Finisher or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery used in concrete finishing.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
