Role Overview:

This is a seasonal position, allowing you to utilize your winters off for travel, hunting, fishing, or other personal activities, while benefits continue year-round.

This position is responsible for safely smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete. Candidates should display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.

Minimum Qualifications

As a successful Concrete Finisher, you will have:

1. Ability to hold and maintain a driver's license in accordance with all state regulations (preferred).
2. At least 2 years of experience finishing concrete.
3. Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
4. Availability to work 50-65 hours per week, weather permitting.
