Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify authorization on work requests and prioritize appropriately
• Negotiate dates with requestors when needed
• Estimate labor, list spare parts, and plan required resources safely
• Maintain reference files for equipment specs and procedures
• Collaborate with area coordinators to create cost-effective plans
• Plan equipment shutdowns for preventive or corrective maintenance
• Assess routes, sequence, and total shutdown cost and resources
• Track outage schedules and costs daily
• Ensure spare parts availability and requisition purchases
• Uphold safety goals and participate in safety meetings
• Adhere to CEMEX, DOT, OSHA rules
• Meet or exceed safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
