Responsibilities

• Collects samples and performs tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products to determine physical state, chemical content or proper blend of product ingredients.
• Performs tests as scheduled; lab operates 24/7 with night shift (12-hour schedule).
• Notifies operators or supervisors based on test results to ensure product conformance and quality.
• Maintains records of test and operation data; prepares materials for analysis.
• Performs testing of cement product for fineness and sulfur content; tests for FCaO in clinker.
