Job summary

ProPetro is seeking a DOT Cement Service Supervisor to oversee cement field operations on location. You will ensure all cement equipment is operational, troubleshoot failures, and input invoices into the system. You’ll manage safety, equipment readiness, and coordination with customer representatives.

The role requires Class A CDL, ability to pass DOT tests, and strong communication skills. You will drive, rig up/down, and support crew while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Self-motivated, independent, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cement equipment service operations on location.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational.
• Perform quality control checks to meet customer job requirements.
• Prepare all required materials and equipment for each job.
• Maintain communication with customer representative and company man.
• Perform cement volume calculations and rig up/down equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions.
• Input invoices and verify charges for chemicals or additives.
