Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc in Midland, Texas is seeking a DOT Cement Service Supervisor to oversee cement field operations personnel on location, ensure equipment is operational, troubleshoot issues, and manage invoicing.

You will coordinate with crew, perform quantity calculations, rig up/down equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with HSE policies while maintaining clear communication with customer representatives and company personnel.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Able to operate and inspect heavy trucks and related equipment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cement equipment service operations on location.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational.
• Perform quality control checks to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare materials and equipment for each job.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and company personnel.
• Perform cement volume calculations and rig up/down equipment.
• Input invoices, verify discounts and charges for chemicals/additives.
• Complete Railroad Commission paperwork as required.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before work starts.
• Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and use PPE.
