Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc is seeking a DOT Cement Service Supervisor to oversee cement field operations on location. The role ensures all cement equipment is operational, troubleshoots issues, and manages invoicing in the system. Strong communication with the customer and team is essential.

Responsibilities include equipment rigging, quality control, material preparation, and compliance with HSE policies. Candidates should have a Class A CDL, be able to pass DOT tests, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with clean driving record; Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Able to drive manual transmission and pass a DOT drug test and physical.
• Familiar with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSA) and safety rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in variable weather.
• Experience performing CMV inspections and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cement equipment service operations on location.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational.
• Perform quality control checks to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare materials and equipment for each job.
• Maintain communication with customer representatives and supervisor.
• Perform down hole and cement volume calculations.
• Rig up and rig down equipment; assist crew as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions.
• Input invoices and verify charges for chemicals/additives.
• Complete Railroad Commission paperwork and inspections.
• Spot and direct convoy and moving equipment safely.
• Ensure fueling of trucks and equipment; housekeeping on site.
• Conduct safety trainings and ensure PPE usage.
